If you start to find social media is stressing you out, the start of the New Year is a great time to take a step back and evaluate what you are doing and where you are feeling stressed. Some of the questions you may want to ask yourself:
Look at the platforms you use – what do you like? Which are giving you good results? Spend the time where it makes most sense and where you have the most fun

Consider taking time out. Too much social media can add to your sense of overwhelm with the quick nature of the way it works. Turn off alerts and beeps. Set a structured time to review and listen in, and chat
