Not sure if anyone has updated to 1.8 wordpress and having issues, but when I did the plugin is having issues with the new widget system

As you might know WP 1.8 has a new easy to use widget system that is a drag and drop interface. When the membership plugin is activated it does something to the interface that you can see the side bar anymore and can't drag and drop anything.

Why do I know I deactivated all plugins and the only one that caused the issue and was fixed is when I deactivated membership plugin

besides that, it also messes up some of the plugin areas of my site, Now I am not sure if this has to do with my theme or not, but please advise ASAP

    thanks

    Hi,

Can i ask what version of YM you are using. I am using the latest 1.5 beta and it works fine in WP 2.8. We will be converting them all to use the new system in due course but for the moment it all works for me. I can't think of anything that would stop it from working though.

    thanks
    Sean

Please refer to members of staff by their first names or if you feel that is to informal with suitable pre name titles, I'm not in the military any longer and do not respond well to being referred to as Nash ;)

I logged in to your site but couldn't replicate the problem which probably means its a browser issue, I am going to update our widgets to use the new 2.8 widget system over the weekend and will send you the files to test which should sort you out without hopefully me having to debug archaic browser conflicts.

Tim I am truly sorry for using your last name it was an accident and won't happen again.

I thank you again for checking my system, but I have checked in 3 browsers IE, Firefox and Chrome and in all 3 I am having the same issues.

I also contacted my tech that handles my wordpress installs and he was the one that found the issue 1st and explained it to me and I checked it out afterwards.

If you do find something this weekend via your test and can pass that info along that would be great.

if not thats not a problem either

Thanks again for your time and attention
